I vowed at the beginning of the year that I'd make the effort to take a photo of the 5 of together for the Me and Mine project each month, but I've only ever done it a handful of times.
Mark's Grandparent's were visiting at the weekend and we all went out for a meal on Saturday night. As we were kind of dressed up I thought why the hell not go outside and get some photo's taken of the 5 of us together.
I'm still learning how to use my DSLR, I don't have a remote control for it yet either (so if anyone couldrecommend one - I'd really appreciate it) so I mounted my camera on my Gorillapod and set the self timer. What I didn't realise is that I'd set it to take 10 photos. So this month I have 10 almost identical photo's for our Me & Mine post.
That's not a bad thing though. Those of you who follow us regularly will know that Martha Grace's operation was cancelled a couple of weeks ago. Well today/ Tuesday, the booking office from Great Ormond Street called with a new date for Martha's 4th Open Heart Surgery.
Next week we're heading down to the big smoke once again. I haven't unpacked our case since the other week so there isn't much organising to do; we only have to mentally prepare ourselves once again to get our Baby girl through Heart Surgery.
So I'm going to treasure these photo's...and pray with every fibre of my being that they're not the last photo's of us as a family of 5.
